What is the condition of my outfit when I receive it?

We have strict quality control measures to ensure our outfits remain in top condition. Each look is professionally pampered after each rental, so it will arrive as good as new. 

We cannot guarantee that no wrinkles will appear during postage – if you do need to steam an item before your event, please ensure you follow the advice on the clothing label. 


When will I receive my outfit rental? 

Your outfit will arrive on your chosen delivery date. You can choose any working day for delivery. We recommend that you order two days before the date you will need it. That way, you’ll be able to style it and we can get you an alternative if it doesn’t fit. 


How quickly can I get my rental?

How much does delivery cost?

Where do you deliver?

We offer delivery UK wide.


How do I return my order?

Please return your item in the same packaging it came in. We re-use these  


Our Compostabile Mailers – These are reusable, pop your item back in the bag and seal it! 


Our Garment Bags* – We reuse these garment bags multiple times. Please take care when using them! Please ensure you place the item back in with the hanger at the top end and any jewellery in the compartment. Fold the bag up and ensure the zips are pulled together and use the secure tags provided to fasten the bag (this ensures nothing gets lost on route). 

Attach the label on the front of your return bag. 

If you have lost your return label, please email [email protected] or whatsapp us at 07598226149 as soon as possible, so we can help return your rental on time. 

DPD will arrange a collection on your due date. They will send you a 1 hour time slot before 9am. 

We will email you to remind you when you have 48 hours left in your rental.


What happens if my rental period ends on a Sunday or a Bank Holiday Monday?

We will automatically extend your rental period, please drop off your outfit rental the following day by 12pm. If you have any issues please contact [email protected]

 

What if my outfit doesn’t fit or is not my style?

We understand this happens! We want to help you find your dream rental. Please send us an email [email protected] or whatsapp us at 07598226149 as soon as possible. 

We offer rental credit that you can use on future rentals, to qualify you must return the item/s within 48 hours and keep the ‘return tag’ otherwise we will consider this as a worn rental. 

Please keep proof of postage.


What do I do about cleaning my outfit before returning it?

Don’t worry about that, we take care of the cleaning for you!

We have partnered with one of the UK’s leading dry cleaning specialists to ensure that outfits arrive as good as new, please let us know if you’re not 100% satisfied!


What happens if I damage my rental?

We ask you to treat your rental item as if you borrowed the item from a close friend. Included as part of your rental, is an insurance fee for minor damages (Small repairable tears, stains, stuck zips, loose buttons etc.). However, if the item is damaged beyond repair, we will have to charge you the RRP of the item. We reserve the right to review each case individually. We will always contact you before raising any charges. 

Do notify and send us a picture once you spot a stain or damage in the garment, in [email protected] or whatsapp us at 07598226149 as soon as possible, so we can try our best to help 🙂 


Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting [email protected]


Can I extend my rental period?

If you need to keep your outfit for longer, but have booked this in advance, then contact us at [email protected] as we can let you know if your look is available for extension.


Can I purchase my rental?
